This weekly seasonal farmers market is held in the Village of Powhatan Courthouse on the grounds of beautiful Bienvenue. We feature locally produced fruits and vegetables, pastured meats, baked goods, fine artisan crafts and much more!
We offer SNAP at this market, as well as DOUBLE SNAP DOLLARS through our SNAP IT UP! program.

Programs at the market include:
• Free weekly children’s activities with a food or agricultural theme
• Free live music each week
• Chef Adventure – Watch a local chef make dishes sourced from the market for customers to watch and sample. We provide free recipe cards. Make sure to subscribe to our e-newsletter and follow our social media pages for upcoming dates!
• Other programs centered around the market’s weekly them, such as pet adoptions, square dancing, yoga, fire safety, etc.
• Our Young entrepreneur program allows children aged 9-17 to participate as vendors one time per month to sell what they have grown or made themselves.
