We need your help now more than ever!
RVAg has the critical role of connecting farmers and producers with community members like you, who value local goods. Since we cannot count solely on the income generated by our markets from vendors alone, we need YOUR help to support and grow our six local farmers markets and our many important educational programs.
Your donations help us fund educational activities, special events that support community service agencies, equipment maintenance, insurance, administrative support, marketing efforts, and key supplies for keeping the market safe, efficient and productive. Your generosity ensures our markets continue to serve as a community gathering place that celebrates and supports local growers and producers, and that our organization can continue to offer important quality programs for consumers and market vendors.
Your contribution of any amount helps us bring local food to YOUR neighborhood! We are grateful for your support as 100% of your donation goes directly to our critical nonprofit!
RVAg provides six weekly seasonal farmers markets where we provide free children’s activities, chefs’ demos, live music and other special events that educate consumers and provide farmers and artisans with a direct sales venue. We also offer other “pop-up” one time markets through collaboration with local agricultural entities, such as breweries and wineries.
RVAg offers low-cost or no-cost educational programs for farmers and consumers on topics related to sustainable agriculture, food and farming. We provide free lectures to schools and other organizations to educate and raise social consciousness about the importance of local food and farming, and their critical link to building healthy, sustainable communities.
