We Need Your Support. Because 2020…
This has been a tough year with COVID-19 but we persevered and pivoted to connect farmers and artisans with community members who prioritize local goods. Since we don’t qualify for funding opportunities provided to for-profit businesses, we need YOUR help to support our online farmers market, RVAg Marketplace, through the winter.
Your contribution of any amount helps us keep our doors open so we can continue to bring local food to your neighborhood! Through our online fundraiser on Facebook, 100% of your donation goes directly to our critical nonprofit!
RVAg is 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. We are qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2016 or 2522 of the Internal Revenue Service Code.
RVAg provides two weekly, seasonal farmers markets where we provide free children’s activities, chef’s demos, live music and other special events that educate consumers and provide farmers and artisan crafter with a direct sales venue. We also offer other “pop-up” one time markets through collaboration with local agricultural entities, such as breweries and wineries.
RVAg offers low-cost or no-cost educational programs for farmers and consumers on topics related to sustainable agriculture, food and farming. We provide free lectures to schools and other organizations to educate and raise social consciousness about the importance of local food and farming, and their critical link to building healthy, sustainable communities.
