Chef’s Demo with Chef Taz

We have another Chef’s Demo this week with Chef Natascha (Taz). Chef Taz is making a traditional Jägerschnitzel using Harlow Ridge pork chops and oyster mushrooms from Shirefolk Farm. She’s also making Green Beans & Diced Potatoes. Green Beans and Potatoes from Deer Run Farm. Mmmmmm…sounds delicious!
Come stop by the Chef’s Demo booth and watch and learn. Pick up a recipe card and try it yourself at home. This is scratch cooking at its best!
