Ingredients
- 1-2 pounds fresh tomatoes sliced approximately ½" rounds
- 1 quart fresh yellow peaches sliced in wedges
- Handful feta cheese for the topping
- 1 tbsp fresh basil chopped chiffonade
- Drizzle olive oil
- 1/4 lemon squeeze for juice
- Drizzle honey AR Hot Honey

Instructions
- Wash the fruit and set to dry on a paper towel. Rinse and dry the basil.
- Slice the tomato in rounds about ½ inch thick. Slice the peaches in wedges. Arrange on a plate alternating the peaches and the tomato. Sprinkle with Feta.
- Start with a light drizzle of olive oil, then lemon, and finish with a good drizzle of AR hot honey.
- Chop the basil Chiffonade style and sprinkle around the dish for a nice garnish
