Instructions
  1. Wash the fruit and set to dry on a paper towel. Rinse and dry the basil.
  2. Slice the tomato in rounds about ½ inch thick. Slice the peaches in wedges. Arrange on a plate alternating the peaches and the tomato. Sprinkle with Feta.
  3. Start with a light drizzle of olive oil, then lemon, and finish with a good drizzle of AR hot honey.
  4. Chop the basil Chiffonade style and sprinkle around the dish for a nice garnish
